A proud trans woman and fixture of the Queer Performance Scene, Cassy has been making waves with her sold-out Body Parts album launch and performances at the Broken Heel Festival and National Folk Festival. Her show has been described as "charming and very funny" by Tim Ferguson (Doug Anthony All-Stars) and "a hilarious vibe of fun that will bring you so much joy" by Victoria Anthony.
Cassy’s music is a humorous crash course in topics like being a trans woman, the decline of Australia’s textile industry, and more. With her quick wit and sharp tongue, she’ll have you laughing, singing along, and maybe even learning something new.
Beyond comedy, Cassy is a passionate advocate for Trans and Gender Diverse rights, working on community projects that foster inclusivity and promote social change. But don’t worry, she won’t make you write letters to state and federal Health Ministers—unless you want to, in which case, she’ll provide a well-crafted draft.
