GiddyUp! A Wild West Theme Bar is in Town!
In a time where overseas travel still seems like light years away, Saloon 24 has turned that on its head by whisking one away to their Wild Wild Western cocktail experience…right here in Sydney. This 90 minute interactive extravaganza starts in the Wonderland bar where one is met by Billy The Kid Who Is Now A Man, who dons us all with a bandana, while leading us through swinging doors and cow skulls into a room full of hay, wild west tales and some ol smokey moonshine.
As the gripping love triangle between Billy The Kid who is Now A Man, and Bronco Bill dramatically plays out, involving a cross-dressing twist and jail time, we compete for gold coins where darts are thrown, rings are tossed, and cans are shot at; after which the golden coins are redeemed at the bar for two of the most delicious cocktails one will ever taste: the smoking barrel (literally), and a Chestnut liquer cocktail; its mighty head akin to a Guinness.
While I beat my date at darts, and he beat me at can shooting, we’re both thinking of going back for the cocktails and for an update on the life of Bronco Bill (no spoilers here). Quirky, immersive, light-hearted, and friendly this is the ideal night for corporate events, friends, family and date night.
For $40 per ticket, there is a mix of session times: Wednesday to Friday nights from 5.30pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm to late.
