Immerse yourself in a boutique retreat experience over the Labour Day long weekend.
During a meditation retreat we have an unequalled opportunity to experience the peaceful nature of our own mind.
On this retreat you will discover how meditation can solve all of life’s problems, answering some of our deepest questions and showing us a path to genuine, lasting happiness.
The retreat will begin with dinner on Friday night and conclude with lunch on Monday. In the mornings we will observe silence until 12.30pm, to deepen the experience of meditation and give participants the opportunity for quiet contemplation.
The retreat is fully catered with high quality vegan food, with vegetarian sides. The majority of the superior accommodation is in shared twin rooms.
