Information
Coming to you with a free what’s-on experience for Sydneysiders, promising to be a true feast for the senses.
Mashing together the worlds of whiskey and music, Jack Daniel’s is partnering with Sydney's Dean and Nancy's on 22 to introduce a new genre of drinking experience, inspired by the nation’s growing love for country music.
The ‘Triple Mash Medley’ experience will see guests embark on a sensory journey, matching the aromas and flavours of Jack Daniel’s latest whiskey, Triple Mash Bottled-In-Bond with a world-first ‘sonically seasoned’ country track.
Developed by the University of Oxford’s leading sensory academic, Professor Charles Spence and award-winning musicians, String Musicians Australia, the track pairs classic country instrumentation of acoustic guitar, fiddle, and double bass, with tasting notes of grassy herbs and peppery spice, rich toasted oak and deep caramel, and honeyed, toasted granola to enhance flavours by over 10 per cent.
