Be a Marine Biologist for a Day at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium!

Information

The Marine Biologist for a Day program provides the unique opportunity to experience a day in the life of an aquatic expert at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium. An ideal experience for those who have always held a passion for marine life, this program will give guests a rare glimpse into the effort and knowledge it takes to operate a world-class aquarium.

The full day program runs from 8am-3pm on each Wednesday and Saturday, and allows guests to be amongst the select few who can say that they’ve fed rays or built a toy for an octopus. Further to these unique experiences, guests will also learn about coral propagation, visit the research laboratory to test the water’s PH and oxygen levels of the tanks and even conduct observational procedures for the beloved dugongs, Pig and Wuru, the only pair of on-display dugongs in the world.

An expert guide will lead guests through this spectacular journey and with participants receiving their very own Marine Biologist for a Day shirt, this is the ideal program to experience either individual or with the entire family. Capacity is limited to 5 per day, so book now to ensure your place on Sydney’s newest family day-out!
