The Sydney Conservatorium International Jazz Festival

Boasting world-class performance spaces nestled in the stunning Royal Botanic Gardens, the Sydney Conservatorium throws open it’s doors to an all-day jazz festival featuring over 100 artists. Headlining the festival is Montreaux and North Sea Jazz Festival award-winning pianist Tigran Hamsyan (Armenia), whose soulful approach and ability to seamlessly blend jazz, folk, progressive rock and classical forms is exciting audiences world-wide.

The festival showcases the crème of the Australian jazz scene in collaborative performances with international artists, new work premieres and masterclasses. Featured artists: Greg Osby (US), Jim Black (US),Will Vinson (UK), Roger Manins (NZ), James Muller (ADL), Mat Jodrell (SA), Scott Tinkler (MELB), Julien Wilson (MELB), Chris Hale (MELB), Tal Cohen (WA), Jamie Oehlers (WA), Sandy Evans (SYD), Phil Slater (SYD), Carl Dewhurst (SYD), Simon Barker (SYD)..
